I Read: The Giver

In "I Read", I will share books I love, I am reading, or I have read. Hopefully it can spark an interest and add to your to-read list, as well as inspire you to share your favorites!

The Giver is one of three books I'm reading right now. Like most of you, I read this classic many moons ago in Jr. High. It's amazing how differently I perceive the text from my 26-year-old self vs the state of mind I was in the first go-around. Either way this book remains a staple on my bookshelf.
